- Postal services may be subject to delay. Once your order is in the postal system, we have no control over delivery times / delays and cannot guarantee arrival dates.

- If you have ordered for Christmas, please check our last order dates and select the correct postage option. Orders placed after the specified last order dates will not be dispatched before the Royal Mail Christmas deadlines.
